Main window "Transpose by Interval" is not translatable, and it's not immediately obvious why. The message telling me about this also includes an updated de.ts I need to grab. Reminder to self.
This works fine so far with only one serious exception:
I am not able to localise the command "&Transpose by Semitones..." from the menu "Segment" in the MAIN window (anyway it translates fine in the menus of matrix, percussion matrix and notation editors). Adding additional text lines with pointers to the .h or .cpp-file solved similar problems, but I don't succeed here with this method.
The command "&Transpose by Semitones..." is located in "/../rosegarden/src/commands/edit/TransposeCommand.h" but in Qt5-linguist I get the information "File /../rosegarden/data/QMenuStrings.cpp not available". There is no corresponding command in the "SegmentTransposeCommand" file.

Segment > Transp&ose by Semitones... was added by me in [r15715]. Did I do something wrong when adding it? Did you run the make-ts script before you started translating?
$ QT_SELECT=qt5 scripts/make-ts
I don't know how the translating stuff works, but I suspect that is a pretty important step. It should avoid your needing to add pointers. Make sure you have a backup of your de.ts before you run it, then make sure it didn't lose any of your work.
SOLVED
I didn't know that, sorry. I only ran "export QT_SELECT=5".
After running "QT_SELECT=qt5 script/make-ts" it works fine now. An additional text string "Transpose by Semitones..." appeared and the german localisation de.ts is now free of english menu entries (a lot of tooltips is still in english language).
Attached is the most recent file "de.ts" after running "....script/make-ts".
It should read "Transpose by Semitones..."
