Steps to reproduce
1) Set the OS language to Dutch
2) Install rosegarden. Rosegarden will open in Dutch
3) Set the OS language to English
4) Open the installed Rosegarden. Rosegarden will still appear in Dutch

    Rosegarden doesn't do anything in particular to take charge of its own language, so this must be a Qt bug.
