#1292 Doesn't play the correct instrument the first time.

when opening an existing rosegarden file, the last track plays the default instrument (#1 piano voice), all other tracks play the chosen instrument (#52 concert choir). After pausing and resuming play, the last track plays the correct instrument. The synth chosen is Fluidsynth.

In fact, when reproducing, I can only hear piano when I first play the track for the first time. After clicking stop, the track plays as expected.
Attaching the rg file used to reproduce.

    I can confirm this bug.

The last track plays a piano sound on first play. I tried adding a track below the 4th track. After save and reload, the 5th track exhibits the play piano behavior -- 4th track played with the correct voicing.

Selection the last track and Pressing the Instrument Parameters->Editor then reselecting the voice seems to fix this as well as starting and stopping playback once.

Also pressing the Fluid GUI->Send Test Note once seems to fix the problem (though no sound is emitted). The send press of Send Test Note seems to play a piano sound instead of a selected voice.

I'm thinking this may be a fluid synth plugin issue not an RG issue. But I'm way out of my league on this.

You should speak to Chris, he's also involved in fluidsynth-dssi.

I hadn't heard back...I will assume this really is a Fluid Synth issue and not an RG issue.
