#5 Faction Leader + Statesman + Death = Error

When a statesman who is a faction leader dies, the
code incorrectly lets him keep living, after stripping him
of concessions, knights, and offices.

It seems to be making the same calculation as when a
faction leader senator is killed, in which case the family
remains.
