#5 Crash at end of tracing

Sometimes the software will crash out at the end of the tracing, while it is computing the curvature charts, complaining of memory issues. The root length output file is still created but the curvature files may not be.

Workaround: seems to be a memory issue, so try with less input images / less roots pre image, or close all other open programs to free as much memory as possible.
