#1 Saving and opening files

I am using the rootfly software to analyze rhizotron images that I have taken but once I create a new project in rootfly I am unable to save the roots that have annotated or unable to open the file again (or any file) to continue my work. The images are saved in the right file name format but there are saved in the directory as .jpg but I am not sure if there are supposed to be saved as .rfy files. If so, how do I convert my image files to .rfy format?
