#10 remember last TWS

The application should remember the last tube, window, and session associated with the file being edited.

Desired behavior:
- When the user exits the program, the TWS should be stored in the registry, along with the current filename.
- When the user loads a file, if the new filename matches the one in the registry, then the program should automatically jump to the TWS.
