#4 Statistics gathering / reporting

Add a system for gathering and reporting various statistics. E.g.: time spent on CPU, local I/O, remote I/O; size, number of operations, etc. for each Roomy data structure; time spent in user defined functions (e.g. map functions) vs. lower level operations (e.g. external sort).
