#75 AbsPdf::fitTo bug

RooAbsPdf::fitTo with a ConditionalObservables parameter fails to return a RooFitResult object, even though the Minuit output indicates that the fit converged.
Setting the corresponding variable fixed and removing the ConditionalObservables Parameter does return a result object...
This is Root 5.12 on linux
