In the home page (http://romfs.sourceforge.net/) you
have the following information:

Ports of romfs
Vitaly A. Mamkin (http://www.sinor.ru/~mavir/) created
a romfs driver to be used under RTEMS. It is available at
http://www.sinor.ru/~mavir/soft/soft.html (Site seems
disappeared when checked at end of 2002.)

As you already have seen, both links are dead.
But both pages are archived at archive.org:
