#28 IDE option and IntelliJ settings

Hi,
we need to document steps to create/import a project
using IntelliJ IDE.

If we can write IntelliJ config file, I can divide the
eclipse files from modules project-web and
project-simple to separate module:

ide-eclipse
ide-intellij

In this way a user can add the module based on ide
selected.
