Everytime you edit a weblog entry, its pubtime moves
back in time by one hour.

Database field is a TIMESTAMP
Castor mapping type is timestamp
JavaBean field is a java.util.Date
Times are correct before given to Castor
Upgrading to Castor 0.9.3.19 did not help

Fixed. Now Roller will adjust for DST when it pulls weblog
entries out of the databse.
