I've updated the http://rollator.sourceforge.net/ codebase to reflect the recent decentalization of all modules - administrative tasks are now external from the viewer, and various integrated pages are now cached in the SQL backend for a user-configurable amount of time.

Rollator has undergone a complete under-the-hood rewrite! It now offers a GUI entry system thanks to HTMLArea 3, uses cookie authentication, and touts an enhanced administration interface!
