Recursive Object Library (ROL) / News: Recent posts

ROL (Recursive Object Library) implements modeling and rendering of recursive object definitions (RODs). A ROD is rendered based on the distance from viewer, either as an approximation or as a colleciton of member RODs. This approach allows arbitrary precision and DLOD for properly defined models.

rol_demo is a basic 3D action game demonstrating some of the features of ROL. rol_demo allows the user to try to defeat a primitive AI enemy in a dogfight.
