#4 kMoria 0.15 Tileset and Treo 600 5-way Nav button support

Here is a patch that adds support for Treo 600 5-way
navigation pad to kMoria. The Up and Down seem to map
to the control pad instead of RUp and RDown, but I left
them there just in case.

To fit the options in the buttons form I had to remove
the summary display and put buttons there instead.

I tested this patch on the Treo 600 emulator. I
modified the makefiles and source to allow compilation
with the Palm OS 5.0r3 SDK, pilrc 3.1, and prc-tools
2.3 (all under Linux).

You will also need the Handspring Treo 600 header files
to get the header files needed for the 5-way nav button
(available at

I worked more on the patch and ported the tile support from
iRogue 1.1.1 over to kMoria 0.15. The tileset name must be
kMoriaTileDB.pdb. The option to enable tiles is in the
Preferences form.
