[Rocketworkbench] project administrator

Hi rocket developpers and reserchers!
I have receive email from three persons that would like to be project
administrator of the rocketworkbench project.

Ben Wheeler       - be...@go...
Geoff O'Callaghan - ge...@st...
Duncan McDonald   - du...@fa...

If there aren't any other propositions, I propose that each of them expose
shortly their interest in the project and that we make a choice together. I
am here until christmas and then leave for a month. I would like to clear
this issue before but can do it after if it is too quick.
