[Rocketworkbench] project leader

The Rocketworkbench Project need a new owner to maintain the web site and
organise the evolution of the softwares. My research interest changes over
time and I am actully investing most of my time in musical acoustic. 

I wish somebody could take the task of continuing the effort of free software
in the field of rocketry. I have some software in development and reserah
documents I can provide.
