[Rocketworkbench] New cpropep version

Hi everybody,

a bug in the frozen performance calculation of Cpropep have recently been
found by Gunterio German Heineken. The bug have been fixed. The new
version
of the executable for windows can be download at
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/rocketworkbench/cpropep-win-1.1.zip

The web interface have also been fixed
(http://rocketworkbench.sourceforge.net/equil.phtml)
