[Rocketworkbench] GUI for Cpropep

I have made a small application - nothing special really - that provides a graphical userinterface for cpropep under
Windows.

For those interested, it may be found at
http://users.cybercity.dk/~dko7904/DARK/download/cpropepshell.zip

The application need to be located in the same directory as cpropep.exe and cpropep.conf.
