[Rocketworkbench] Language choice

Was a decision made to use stricltly C or is C++ acceptable?  I think I
could significantly improve readability if I converted some of the code
to C++.

Parts of the code are extremely well commented, and others are very
cryptic.  I have finished figuring out cpropep.c and will attack
equilibrium.c next.  I will reserve any comments on cpropep.c until I
have had time to think them through.  You did a lot of work and I don't
to sugest changes that are just a mater of style.
