Hello,
I uploaded two file in the ftp directory. One is a beginning of documentation on cpropep mathematical theory and algorythm and the second is a resume of the equations in a matrix format.

cpropep.ps and cpropep_a.ps,
you will need ghostview to see the file, you will find windows version easily on the net.
