#79 Feature Request: Macro updates in mouse button bindings
When a maro is updated I would like not to have to rebind the mouse button to that macro for the update to take effect. It would save me a lot of time.

The macro editors data is shared between all devices which is a major advantage over the device dependent solution under Windows. But: If you change a macro that is also used by a device thats not plugged in, it would be out of sync, causing more confusion than it would help.
