#71 Problem with firmware

Great set of tools, thank you for doing this! I recently picked up a nyth mouse and a ryos mk fx keyboard. I'm running Debian unstable, and was able to compile the latest version of the tools package without issue. roccatnythconfig works great, but roccatryosmkfxconfig warns on startup:

"Some functionality might not work with your actual version 1.17, please update to at least 1.29"

Anytime i try to make a change, i get an error dialog stating "got invalid status" and the keyboard backlight turns off. Thankfully Device->Reset successfully restores the keyboard to the factory default.

I have been unable to find a way to resolve this, any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Firmwareupdates don't work with newer kernels. Please use a Windows box until it's fixed.

Thanks for the reply. Spent a few hours fighting the swarm software but finally managed to get the firmware updated, and now roccatryosmkfxconfig works flawlessly.
