i have several issues with configuring some keys with the driver (DRIVER 1.07, FIRMWARE 1.09).
i cannot give any key the designation of LEFT ARROW key, nor macro that key in any kinda of macro.
there are several more keys that give me trouble but that's the one that bothers me most.
i was hoping the driver will have an update, but for the last year, nothing.
is there anything that can be done?

I suspect you are talking about the Windows driver and I have to tell you that you won't get support for that on this page. Maybe try it at Roccat's reddit.
