Welcome to rocap (http://rocap.sourceforge.net)

Rocap is an IP bandwidth monitoring system based on pcap. It is
highly configurable with a simple set of rules. It uses minimum CPU
time even while monitoring high ammounts of traffic. The complexity
of rules and entities has little effect on CPU usage. It includes a
console server for telnet clients to use for administration or
visualization purposes. It also outputs data for rrdtool to use for
generating graphs.
