12.4.01 Release

This fixes a serious game play bug in the CTF matches. It used to work then I broke to pieces, but now it is good again. Also added some fine-tuning controls on the GameParameters screen (where you select the map and card probabilities). I think the gui still need some work on windows and have not seen it on Mac. But unless know one complains, I'll probably leave as it is, after all, you should be using Linux anyway :)
