[Roboticsprimer-users] installing the workbook software for iCreate & gumstix

I hope this is the way to ask for help on setting up to use the workbook
with iCreate and gumstix

I down loaded the work book and made it to examples/01*/gumstix
and ran "scons"
it didn't work but told me how to install "scons"
I did that and it installed
ran scons again which said I needed "roombaDev.pc" in PKG_CONFIG_PATH
could only find a "roombaDev.HTML"
read this mail list and saw that someone else had this problem and you advised going
to player directory and running "scons install"
this I did and it said can't find imlib2-config
in trying scons in other places I get can't find "arv-gcc"

What is wrong? Is there some list of packages etc I need to set up inorder to comple
stuff? I'm not even sure this is the way to use your site at sourceforge. Could you include a simple README file to help people like me.
