Charts rendering too small when Jupyter output cell is hidden

When a page or output-cell is not visible in a Jupyter Notebook when rendering a chart, it is rendered with a default width of 100px which is too small. The only way currently to fix this, is to double-click on the chart to resize it back to 100%.
Ideally the resizing should be done automatically when the visibility or size of a cell out changes.
