./configure ; make does no longer run m4 to generate robodoc.html
m4 can fail for some users.

Merge of the DocBook Sources and minor updates.

Added TROFF with man macros output; Fixed HTML output to not write TOC if not requested to do so on command line; fixed analyzer to handle empty headers

Install Documentation

Bug fix... robodoc did not recognize links that contained a / and ended
with a "," or "."

Changes date from June to July... as we are in July now.

Compressed the .ps file. Added more links to examples and to sourceforge pages.
