Bug fixes in the master index.

Fixed some unittest that failed for a wrong reason.
Fixed the detection of internal headers.

First working version of split up master indexes

Major bug in ROBOTest.pm.
Test that failed made the next test fail. But were themselves
reported as OK.

Further work on splitting the masterindex file.

Initial Release.

Added a type for header types, used them in the
analyser, and did some groundwork for index tables
per header type.

Calling the new headertype routines.
(In parallel to the old routines, just to test)

Added datawarehouse header types
and unittest header types.
