Multiple directory source.

Is there a way to accept multiple directories in the source "-src"?

OR

Have directories names in the "accept files:"

Our directory structure has modules in one location, dev scripts in another and utility scripts in another.  they are not under a common directory.

I could start at the root directory but that would recurse way to many directories.
