#90 Multi-file Modules are not displayed properly

In --multidoc mode the menu on the right
assumes that all the documentation for a module
is located in a single file.

If you happen to have a module that has it's documentation spread-out over several files and
click on the name of the module in the right-side menu you get the documentation of one of these files.
