#164 New Weight Classes

I think we need one or two new weight class(es), there are many bots with codesize of 10k, ag.Gir is about 18k bytes, ar.horizon.Horizon is about 10k bytes, kid.Gladiator is about 46k bytes, and there are smaller bots with 1500 bytes or 2000 bytes, and all of them are MegaBots.(maybe GigaBot, TeraBot, or HugeBot?)
