#141 Replay Controls

Better control of replay. As it is just a log we can do some rather more useful things with it.

Play Backwards
Rewind
--goes back to start of round
Jump to Round
--type in a number, and jump to that round if in range of replay

Previous Round
Previous Turn
Next Turn
Next Round

[Chase]

We definitely need this, at the very least the ability to skip rounds or jump to a given round (even if we cannot rewind directly).
