I'm using Robocode 1.9.3.7 on java 1.8.0_211 and windows 10.
Every time that I press the Add button in the "Development Options" tab of the "Preferences" window I get the following exception:

I am trying to reproduce the issue on my system: Windows 10, 64-bit, Oracle JDK 1.8.0_162.
But I do not get the ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException.

Can you tell me how to reproduce the issue. You just add a new folder, and get the exception?
