Run a battle between Interactive_v2 and SittingDuck with a gun cooling rate of 0.7, and fire 1.0-power bullets in one direction without moving. You will see Interactive's own bullets colliding with each other, which I don't think is the intended behavior.

Reproduced on Robocode 1.9.3.0 Alpha on Java 8u144 on Windows 10.
