Hello, I agree that at this point, it would probably be best to stick with a small team at least until we are out of the planning stages. Once all the planning is done, I think it will be a good idea to open it up to more developers as I am sure there will be plenty of work to go around. As for discussions related to the project, I'm wondering if we should look into having a dedicated chat room or something for the project that can allow for faster cooperation than email.
