Hi All,

I'm sorry for my long absence.

First of all I changed the mailing list options so that your replies go to the whole list not just the sender.

I'm still getting a lot of emails from people who want to join our project and there are people with high levels of experience in C# and professional background. But I think to avoid confusion and for a better planning this small team is enough especially in this phase of the project.

As Jeremy has said we need to think about the scope of the project. In my opinion the things that he mentioned in his list (Billing Taxes, Budgeting, etc.) are all important components, but without the things mentioned in Subha's list (contacts, events, calculator charts, etc.) the project wouldn't be complete.

My suggestion is to first discuss who will be using the application and for what. When we all have a clear idea about this it will be a lot easier to list the components.
