The source code restructure is now complete, with all the sources moved down one directory "src" and now extra directories added like "doc", bin, etc.

The bin directory contains only some useful config files to help get you up and running faster. After you compile, the executable should have been copied to the bin directory and you should be able to run it directly from there.
