#3 Add datasources

Add distinct datasources for each type of data, in
addition to "datasource_roads".<p>
Make the inclusion of a datasource (ANY datasource)
configurable, so that the user does not even have to
have roads displayed if they don't want to. (i.e. if
they want to display only aircraft-related data, etc,
then give the option to display that data)

Datasources work at the moment but design may change. A
change from type of data to more generic datasources has
already occured, now there are two generic datasources, line
data and point data.
However, specific datasources exist depending on the method
used to store the data.
Each datasource can contain any category of data (roads,
aircraft, etc). The features to include/exclude are
controlled through the cfcc_reference file.
