#9 Expose m_strText as LocationPage

It seems that m_strText tends to be set to a combination of m_strName, coordinates, and address, at least with the Waypoints dialog. I'd like it if the LocationDialog had a tab/page for the text similar to LocationPageCoordinates.

Ideally, I'd want to be able to set/retrieve this text through the scripting/telnet interface (which works very well for adding hundreds of waypoints, although I don't know how much it's getting bogged down by [re]assigning postal addresses for each crumb-trail waypoint).
