#35 osm switched API to 0.4

I'm using latest RoadNav 0.18 release.

OpenStreetMap switched the API version from 0.3 to 0.4 weeks/months? ago, so the downloaded OSM xml data at:

C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Anwendungsdaten\roadnavdata\http_cache

only contains "403 - Forbidden" messages but no real OSM data.

As the filename is something like: http..www.openstreetmap.org.api.0.3.map_bbox=-11.4,49.6,-11.2,49.8, I guess Roadnav is still using the (no longer supported) version 0.3.

I'm not sure if it's possible to simply change the URL, or if there are real changes in the XML data format itself.

Could this be changed, so OSM download is working again?
