#31 "Manual" recalculate route option

On the slower laptop I sometimes use for GPS/roadnav it would be nice if I could just have roadnav put the route on the map and leave it, only recalculating when I tell it to. Recalculation takes a long time on a pentium 3 500 mhz, but outside of that and one other issue (which I will check bugs for momentarily) roadnav works fine on it.
