#59 location name updates during screen draw

I have seen it often, in both the windows and linux versions, that the location box on the roadnav display will be unreadable because it will have parts of two locations' names because the location changed during the screen draw. Might it be a good idea to keep the name from updating untill the screen is fully drawn?

as an example if I was crossing from "Fitchburg" to "Leominster", roadnav may for a time show "Fitcinster"
