#5 Various OSLib def fixes

Hi,

Please find attached a patch to fix various issues I've found:

Remove non-ASCII characters
Fix typos in various type names
Add missing FileCore_SectorDiscAddress and FileCore_DiscAddress64 types
DrawFile PathStyle is 4 bytes, so mask values cannot be a byte
