#22 RNAmmer out of memory

For long sequence (eg At ch V, test sequence) on some computer RNAmmer is Out of memory.
Beware that -S euk do not generate any output file and -S bac generate an "Out of memory" output.
(Tested on the 'long' computer with problem. Is OK on 'schraeder' computer.)
-> Need to test the limit and to manage it !
