To get started:

	- Download the zip folder containing the latest version of BlackOPs
	- Unzip folder to working directory
	- Read Tutorial.pdf to walk through several examples.  Most likely, following
		these instructions will get you the results that you are looking for.  This
		file also contains a list of FAQs.
	- For more detailed descriptions of the perl scripts, see Documentation.pdf.
