In todays release the newest version of the news editor can be found, but also a very preliminary version of the newsfeed. These will parse news from several sources, and put it on the newsbus.

This will allow us to test our connecting infrastructure later on a realistic basis.

Our first (experimental) file release is ready. Have a look at the very very alpha version of the news editor! Now including a nice logo Yingying made.

The test-structure is getting ready, take the latest snapshot from CVS to see what it is. We're using JUnit 3.7 for unit testing.

Today I've installed projects in CVS, adjusted the SourceForge website and looked at the makefiles. We'll use Ant for making.
Now I'll have a look to install a small parser program to have some initial 'newsfeed'.

The first steps have been taken for our project!

The CVS clients have been set up, the initial design is ready and function requirements have been established. This week you'll see the first code appearing in CVS, stay tuned.
