Remove/Rename/Move old files / News: Recent posts

The changes in this release are from Michael Weiser.

There is a provision for changing of owner and group of created directories. A separate log file is kept for users to look into to see what files have been moved. The ability to "whitelist" files ("handle all files except the following") has been added. Some calls to shell tools have been replaced by Perl modules.
