I have a new version of RLIB with some bug fixes:

Basically we fixed some portability stuff and compile warning stuff.
Make the content type of PDF's work better w/ IE
And some SERIOUS PCODE PROBLEMS that either caused a crash or compiled
in correctly
Like "round(100/60)" didn't work or "-5"
the round function also had a bug
can you let me know if we broke anything?
